Signing on

Signing the Ships Articles is the moment we officially become crew members. We have to sign to say we accept the Captain's authority (he's from Salisbury so should be fine ;-) ) and will abide by the ships rules. We literally sign a piece of paper with dozens of other signatures of people joining around this time, which then presumably joins dozens of other bits of paper from all the other crew already onboard.

So tomorrow we can start work properly!
